Types of Concerns
Dr. Park supports clients experiencing a range of concerns, specializing in anxiety, stress, and trauma-related issues.
Although a diagnosis is not required to participate in therapy, Dr. Park is experienced in the assessment and treatment of individuals diagnosed with a range of anxiety and trauma-related disorders, including:
Generalized anxiety disorder
Social anxiety disorder
Health anxiety/Illness anxiety disorder
Panic disorder
Agoraphobia

Evidence-Based Treatments
Dr. Park specializes in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Dr. Park has 7 years of experience and over 4000 hours of PhD-level Clinical Psychology training from Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) accredited institutions across BC and Ontario. She has provided psychological services at Royal Columbian Hospital (Fraser Health Authority) in BC, St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton, and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto.
Depending on clients’ concerns and preferences, Dr. Park flexibly integrates Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness skills. See Bio for more information about Dr. Park's therapeutic approach.

In-Person and Virtual Services
Psychology services are offered both in-person at CAYA Health Centre in Vancouver, and virtually so that you may participate in therapy from the comfort of your own home. Dr. Park's availability includes weekdays, weekend, and evenings. See her current availability here.
